1. Introduction
Jindal Bhandhan – Fabricator App is a loyalty and point management platform designed for fabricators to register, upload invoices, earn promotional points, and redeem points against available products.
The application enables fabricators to connect with Jindal’s Retailer/Dealer network, submit purchase invoices, verify transactions, and manage their loyalty rewards digitally.
2. Fabricator Registration Process
Fabricator Self Registration
A new fabricator can register themselves through the Fabricator App.
Registration Details:
Fabricator Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
Business Details
Address Details
State Selection
Required Documents
After successful registration:
Fabricator account is created.
Registration request is sent to Jindal Team for verification.
Jindal Team reviews and approves/rejects the fabricator account.
Approval Status:
Pending Approval
Approved
Rejected
Only approved fabricators can access the application.
3. Fabricator Login Process
Fabricators can securely login using:
Mobile OTP Login
Fabricator enters registered mobile number.
OTP is generated and sent through Gupshup SMS Gateway.
Fabricator enters OTP.
Authentication is completed.
Email Login
Fabricator enters registered email.
Email OTP is sent.
Fabricator verifies OTP.
Access is granted.
This provides secure OTP-based authentication.
4. Home Dashboard
After successful login, fabricator can access:
Available Promotional Points
Redeemable Points
Invoice Status
Point Transactions
Loyalty Orders
Catalogue
Profile Section
5. Invoice Submission Flow
Fabricator can submit invoices using two options:
Option 1: With Invoice
Fabricator selects "With Invoice" option.
Process:
Select Point of Sales (POS)
Upload Invoice
Invoice is scanned using Gemini OCR Technology
Product details are extracted automatically
Captured information:
Invoice Number
Invoice Date
Product Details
Quantity
Product Category
Purchase Information
Option 2: Without Invoice
Fabricator selects "Without Invoice" option.
Fabricator manually enters invoice details:
Invoice Date
Product Name
Quantity
Product Information
Purchase Details
This allows manual invoice creation when physical invoices are unavailable.
6. Point of Sales (POS) Selection
Before uploading invoice, fabricator selects Point of Sales.
POS consists of:
Retailer
Dealer
A combined searchable dropdown is provided.

7. Site Location Capture
During invoice submission, fabricator must upload site photos.
The application automatically captures:
Latitude
Longitude
City
State
Location Details
This ensures invoice authenticity and location-based verification.
8. Paper Invoice Upload
Fabricators can upload paper-based invoices.
Supported:
Camera Capture
Gallery Upload
Scanned Invoice Images
The uploaded invoice is stored for verification.
9. Product Point Calculation
After invoice submission:
Invoice data is verified.
Products are matched with configured Product Points.
Points are calculated based on product quantity and assigned values.
The system calculates:
Earned Promotional Points = Product Quantity × Product Point Value
10. Tactical Point Management
Tactical Point Calculation Logic is implemented.
Points are:
Calculated automatically
Assigned to fabricator account
Stored in Point Transaction Module
Separate tracking is maintained for:
Earned Points
Redeemed Points
Available Points
11. Invoice Approval Process
Submitted invoices are reviewed by authorized POS users.
Approval flow:
Fabricator submits invoice

Points are released to Fabricator
